Motivation Behind Idea

1Communication can be tricky, expensive and time consuming. Why not create a way in which condo boards/property management companies could communicate more productively and efficiently with residents?

3.  Condo fees keep going up. up. up. Why not provide real solutions to keeping condo/HOA fees lower? Why not create opportunities for residents to advertise their businesses, provide a service, and buy/sell items at their leisure?
